The Group Scout Council meets at the Group Annual General Meeting (AGM)
The council is the electoral body which supports Scouting in 7th Epsom (Methodist) Scout Group and to which the Group Executive Committee is accountable. It includes all parents, friends, supporters, Patrol Leaders, Explorers and Network Scouts and other adult members of the Group.
As per our Constitution, the Group Scout Council is responsible for the satisfactory running of the Group according to Policy, Organisation and Rules of The Scout Association.
